Am I eligible for a free customization?
WODbook orders of 25 orders or more come with free cover customization . The following elements are be added to the Front, Back and Inside flap of the books. Custom Colors, Logos, Graphics, Photos, Address, Email, Web Site, Phone numbers etc.
Question: What is the process for getting the customization complete?
1. Commit to ordering at least 25 custom books
2. Pay for the custom book via pay pal
3. We then email you a Request of Design Information Form
4. Then we complete a mockup for your to approve
5. You Sign off on the PDF proof via email
6. Once approved, your order is sent to the printer
7. Once printed, your order is sent to your gym
Question: What information will you need on the Design Form?
Once we receive your order from Pay Pal, we will send you an email like this:
1) Please attach a logo or graphic that you would like to use for the front cover. (PNG, high res JPG or PSD will work. The higher the resolution, the better.)
2) Give us your physical address, phone, email and web site. We will place this information on the inside front unless otherwise instructed
3) We will use colors per your request or find some nice ones from your logo or website.
4) We will add a Name Space on the front or back. Unless specifically instructed.
Question: What do I need to look over when I get the proof back
1) We will send you a PDF file of the cover page. Please look over the design carefully for typos, logo, colors etc. We are happy to make simple changes but want to avoid too much going back and forth. At some point we would rather be doing burpees, pistols and pullups.
2) When you approve of the proof, you will need to email us back saying “I approve” OR sometimes, for example you can say “It all looks good, just change the address to 39 Post Rd instead of 93 Post Rd” At that point, we will make the change and then go ahead.
Question: Once approved, how long will it take to get my books delivered?
The printer takes 2 to 3 weeks to complete the order and send it directly to you.
Question: If I want the inside pages of the book to be customized with my own pages.
Then you order an entirely customized WODbook . The cost covers basic design time. You will be sending the word files and working closely with the designer. The cost could go up depending upon the complexity of customization.
